Today was actually a sunny day, with mildly warm temperatures. I’m shocked. This whole week is supposed to be sunny, actually, with more mildly warm temperatures. We may finally be entering a full-fledged Spring week.
And, so you know, all of us in the Pacific Northwest will be reacting like this.
Seriously, traffic is worse the first full week of sunny weather up in our soggy corner of the United States than it is in the snow, hail or rain.
What Sarah said.
We had a wonderful day outside. I finally got the forest growing around Helm’s Deep mowed. Then, we headed east to Wallace Falls State Park for a nice, leisurely day hike with the girls. We did almost 3 miles total, which, with a 3-year-old, a 2-year-old, a newborn, a just-under-3-weeks post-partum Stacie, and a very out-of-shape almost-40 Ralph, was pretty stinking good.
Hope all of you had a great weekend as well.
